Wine making: The grapes, harvested manually, are wine making separately without selected yeast, the maceration time on the skin is approx. 4 weeks at the temperature of 28/30° C. along with at least 4 pump over a day and frequents wetting of the hat in order to facilitate the extraction of the colour and the tannin from the skin.
Finishing: The wine mature for 18 months in tanks of french oak (barrique) where the malolactic fermentation is taking place and finally 12 months in bottle.

Best accompanying food: Red meats, game and mature cheese.
ORGANOLECTIC DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, persistent aroma of cinnamon and vanilla. At the palate is warm and richly smooth wine, with a long persistent aromatic taste.
